Aimee works closely with Dr. Rodriguez in clinic as well as in surgery.  Aimee works hard to assess our patients’ symptoms and create a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs.  Aimee strives to provide our patients with a conservative treatment plan and offer Least Invasive surgical options only when necessary.

Aimee, originally from Mandeville, is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  While her calling has always been in medicine she chose to join the work force.  After several years and much reflection and consideration, she chose to follow her heart and return to school to pursue her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.  Aimee joined Dr. Rodriguez’s team in October of 2016 and brought to the practice knowledge of neurosurgery as well as emergency medicine.  She loves saying goodbye to our patients once they are healed because she knows she has done her job, but she misses them just the same.

While Aimee is not in the office she enjoys traveling, cooking, home improvements projects, binge watching Netflix and spending time with her puppy Charlie.
